Ship's log

15th – 18th  May: Passage from Manoel Island, Malta to France, St Laurent Du Var

20th – 28th May: Monaco Grand Prix charter.  Enjoying the fun, sun and excitement of watching Lewis Hamilton’s practice runs and winning performance, with a great location and view berthed against the Chicane dock wall.

29th May – 3rd June: Port Grimaud preparing for the arrival of the next guests

3rd – 8th June: Isles Lerins, French South Coast
3rd June: St Laurent du Var, pick up guests.
4th June: Isles Lerins. anchor, water sports.
5th June: docked in Nice port.
6th June: Anchored off VilleFranche. Guests dropped off for walk ashore.
7th June: Anchored off Isles Lerins. Anchored at Isle St Marguerite
8th June: Return to St Laurent du Var to drop off guests

9th – 11th  June: based at St Laurent du Var preparing for the arrival of the next charter guests

12th – 17th June:  Isles Porquerolles, French South Coast, Monaco
12th June: Guests embark, depart St Laurent du Var for Isles de Porquerolles and water sports. Anchor overnight.
13th June: Anchor off St Tropez, guests go ashore.
14th June: Anchor off Pamplonne beach. Beach clubs and water sports. Anchor overnight at St Tropez so guests can go ashore for night out.
15th June: Dock at Cannes.
16th June: Dock at Monaco.
17th June: Dock at Nice. Guests disembark.

18th – 22nd June: based at St Laurent du Var preparing for the arrival of the next charter guests

23rd June – 4th July: Elba, Bay of Naples islands
23rd June: Guests embark at St Laurent du Var. Night passage to Portoferraio.
24th - 25th June: anchored at Portoferraio, Isola d’Elba.
26th June: Castiglione del Pescaia, Italy. Anchor overnight at Punta Ala.
27th June: Anchor at Argentario.
28th June: Anchor in Golfo Stella, Elba.
29th June Portoferraio, Elba.
30th June: Isola Ponza.
1st July: Isola d’Ischia.
2nd July: Day spent anchored off Sorrento, night off Amalfi.
3rd July: Anchored off Marina Piccolo, Capri.
4th July: Return to Castellamare di Stabia. Guests disembark.

5th – 6th July: Castellamare di Stabia, preparing for the arrival of the next charter guests

7th – 17th July: Bay of Naples, Amalfi Coast
7th July: Guests Embark. Set off for Isola d’Ischia. Dock at Heaven’s Quay. Take guests to Beach club / Spa complex for the morning.
8th – 9th July: Set off after breakfast for Capri for guests to meet with some family for a couple of days. Docked in Marina Grande.
10th July: Return to Ischia.
11th July: Docked in Amalfi.
12th July: Anchor off Isolotti Li Galli for water sports. Back to dock at Amalfi by evening for guests to wander ashore.
13th July: Return once more to Ischia (very clean, clear water even in dock - great for swimming and water sports).
14th July: Anchored off Amalfi coast and guests went inland to Nerano, Italy.
15th July: Back to dock in Capri.
16th July: Return to Castellamare di Stabia. Guests disembark.
17th July: Castellamare di Stabia preparing for the arrival of the next charter guests.


18th – 25th July Aeolian Islands cruise
18th July: Guests embark at Castellamare. Set off for Capri, anchor next to another yacht outside Marina Grande on which guests’ friends are staying.
19th July: Leave in very early hours to Stromboli for breakfast. Watch volcano choking out rocks and clouds of smoke. Move on to Panarea and anchor for night. Guests spend evening ashore.
20th July: Anchor at Isola Salina. Water sports, swimming.
21st July: Anchor at Isola Lipari. Shopping trip ashore.
22nd July: Anchor at Isola di Vulcano. Water sports, swimming.
23rd July: Anchor at Isola Panarea. Water sports, swimming.
24th July: Anchor at Isola Filicudi. Water sports, swimming. Yet another amazing sunset spot!
25th July: Set off in very early hour, pass Alacudi erupting, glowing red against a dark, starry sky. Arrive in Terrasini and guests disembark after one last swim.

26th July – 22nd August: Palermo, Sicily, for a much deserved break for the crew.  During this time we were able to completely reprovision the yacht and undertake a number of static one-day visits from charter parties which would include food, facilities and an uncompromised service from the Osprey team.   We then made passage back up to Catellamare di Stabia.
